Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
A. We will give you a 2-3 hour window for when our technician will arrive. We know that your time is valuable so we will not only show up during the stated time but will also call ten to fifteen minutes in advance. If a service call takes longer than anticipated, we will not leave until the job is done. Our service window lets our repairmen do every job well before moving on to the next.
